Hi Rosemary
If you take another look at that FindaWord puzzle you will see that MINIMAL is on the grid going in an upwards direction in the first column. The E is actually part of COLLAGE going from right to left. If you try this again I'm sure you will find that the puzzle will work out.
Happy puzzling,
The Judge

Findaword 71-No32- PopArt as far as I can see the word "minimal" is spelt "minimel in the grid, spelt with "e" instead of "a" gives you the correct answer "Brill Soap Box", am i correct?

Hi Patricia

Pabulum comes from the Latin for 'food' or 'substance that gives nourishment', which could either be food or intellectual nourishment, ie food for thought.
It is derived from pascere 'to feed'. Many of our English words can be traced back to Latin roots.
Thanks for your query, you obviously find words fascinating, as we do!

Hi Jane and congratulations!

If you’ll forward your postal address to our Prize Manager, Debbie Peake: debbiep@lovatts.com.au, she’ll put your voucher in the mail. Chances are she would have been contacting you in the early part of this week anyway.

Thanks for participating in our monthly competition and happy shopping/puzzling!

Kind regards

Hi Suzanne

Thanks for the friendly reminder. Prize winners for May have been drawn and will be posted in the next two days. They'll be followed up closely by June's winners when they're drawn on Friday.

Thanks again for keeping me on my toes. :) Steve

G'day Gail

Please accept my apologies for the delay - winners were drawn today. My mistake. I overlooked it in my diary.

Sadly your name was not among the prize recipients, but fingers crossed we'll see you on the winners' list soon.

Names for May will be published tomorrow or the next day by our Prize Manager. And June's winners will be drawn and online by next Monday.

Thanks for the reminder. And I promise to be on or close to time with future prize draws.

Kind regards
Steve

Hi John,
If you read our clue again you will see there is no error. 'Strip off' suggests a physical act e.g. strip bark off a tree, whereas our clue is saying he is stripped of office. Another way of saying this might be 'deprive of'. Another example is when someone is stripped of rank in the military or stripped of the captaincy of a sporting team.
