Prizes galore and more changes in store…

In response to your requests for better prizes and more chances to win, we’ve been working overtime to make popular titles including Findaword, Cluewords and Code Cracker Starhunts shine more brightly. We’ve made significant changes to each, effective from April 8 (Findaword 72 & Cluewords 85) and April 22 (Code Cracker Starhunts 55).

Here’s a summary of improvements:

Findaword will still have four competitions: Match-Ups, Findaword, Photofind and Monster Findaword; but the latter now lives up to its name boasting a Monster Prize Pool, jackpot style competition. On offer are entertainment, homewares or knowledge packages – each valued at $1000. And that’s not all: four lucky runners-up will also receive fabulous Canon Powershot digital cameras. And to keep pace with tech-savvy puzzlers like yourself, you can submit jackpot entries via SMS.

The 16 page middle section has also undergone a facelift with a colour change to improve readability. Read more about this title

Cluewords will still have three competitions, but there’ll now be a greater mix of Electronics, Movie Passes and Dictionaries to be won. Again, we’ve introduced the Monster Prize Pool, a jackpot-style competition with the chance to win your choice of three fantastic prize packs valued at $1000. Four lucky runners-up will also win an exciting major prize. Changes will be effective with Issue 85 on-sale April 8.

Code Cracker Starhunts will retain its four competitions but will offer a better mix of prizes including Cash, Vouchers, Electronics, Dictionaries, Lovatts Prize Packs, and DVDs. Most significantly, the Monster Starhunt now has a Monster Prize Pool, jackpot style competition attached - with the chance to win fantastic entertainment, homeware or knowledge packs, each valued at $1000. There are also four Canon PowerShot digital cameras to be won by four lucky runners-up. And for your convenience you can submit jackpot answer via SMS.
